I.adopt new style extracting spinning box, it has the
following advantage comparing the exhausting spinning box:
- improved the quality of the yarn, coz the minus pressure
of the exhausting one is not well distributed, the both ends
is better than middle part, which cause lots of dust to
effect the yarn’s quality.
- Improved the quality of the trash removing, it can be
deal with the material with 2%trash.
- Enlarge the range of the yarn count.
- Lower the yarn broken rate, and make the lower quality
yarn usable.
- Extracting spinning box and be ensure the transfer of
the fibre, it is not necessary to improve the speed of the
rotor roller to cause the high consumption.
- Lower the load by 15%-30%l and the temp of the bearing
to prolong its life, all of this can improve the speed and
lower the consumption.
- When dealt the same material the extracting on can
improve the speed by10~20 thousand round to make the same
quality yarn.
II. The highest speed can reach 90,000 rpm
- it carries out the imported high speed bearing, it is
stable and has long life.
- The high speed of the spinning box ensure the high
quality of the yarn.
III. Semiautomatic piecing system
- piecing inhigh speed, high efficiency in piecing, no
imperfection piecer.
- Only 1 minute training, operator’s piecer quality can
meet the standard, the piecer appearance is close to piecer
by a robot.
- The tension of the piecer is not low 60% of the normal
yarn, it can’t effect the following process.
IV. Belt, main bearing of trans parts and the rotor roller
are all imported.
